LEARNING PROGRAMS

Our core programs are designed to support children in building a strong foundation in essential academic areas. Whether your child is strengthening their language skills or mastering mathematics, our programs are personalized to their unique needs and aligned with the Quebec Education Program (QEP). French Language

Supports both native and non-native speakers in developing fluency, comprehension, and confidence. Students build essential skills in reading, writing, and speaking while advancing through personalized levels of instruction.

English Language

Designed for native and non-native speakers, our English program focuses on enhancing fluency, literacy, and critical communication skills. Students improve in reading, writing, and speaking through personalized lessons that support their individual growth.

Mathematics

Offered in both English and French, we help students build strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. Lessons are personalized to support foundational growth and challenge advanced learners.

LEAD LEVELS

The LEAD Levels System © is the cornerstone of our program, featuring 50 progressive levels in English, French, and Mathematics. Spanning Kindergarten to Grade 6, this system is fully aligned with the Quebec Education Program (QEP) to ensure students meet provincial standards while building critical skills.

Rather than focusing on traditional grade levels, we assess each child’s unique abilities and place them in the appropriate LEAD Level. This approach helps students learn at their own pace, close gaps, and strengthen their foundations before advancing to more complex material. Regular assessments track progress and ensure mastery of key concepts, empowering students to reach their goals with confidence.

Learning Assessment

We begin with a comprehensive learning assessment aligned with provincial standards to evaluate your child’s current skills and identify any gaps in French, English, or Mathematics. This ensures proper placement in the right LEAD Level © for targeted support.

Student Success Plan

Based on the assessment, we create a Student Success Plan with clear goals tailored to your child’s needs. This dynamic plan evolves throughout the year, guided by regular updates, specialist feedback, and family input to ensure ongoing progress and support.

Learning Program

Your child begins their Learning Program placed at the their LEAD Level © and delivered by experienced learning specialists. After each session, you’ll receive feedback to stay informed on their progress. Center Directors oversee every program to maintain quality and consistency.

QUARTERLY STUDENT PROGRESS REVIEWS

Our structured progress reviews every quarter provide a clear framework for tracking your child’s development and keeping their goals on track. These detailed check-ins allow our team to adjust learning plans, address new challenges, and celebrate achievements, ensuring consistent progress throughout the year.

Stage 1

Building a Strong Foundation

September – November

Objective: Ensure children are on grade level and establish a solid start to the school year.

Key Actions:

Assess grade-level proficiency.
Create individualized plans to address needs and goals.
Support new concepts introduced in class.

Impact: Your child starts the year prepared and motivated, with a clear plan designed to set them up for success.

Stage 2

Refining Goals

November – March

Objective: Adjust learning plans based on Term 1 report cards, teacher feedback, and parent insights.

Monitor progress with regular parent check-ins.

Stage 3

Tracking & Strengthening

March - June

Objective: Ensure mid-year goals are met and evaluate End-of-Year (EOY) progress.

Stage 4

Summer Preparation

June - September

Objective: Address gaps from the current school year and prepare for the next academic year.
