MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Welcome to the Membership Policies page for LEAD Learning Club. Below, you will find a clear and concise list of the policies outlined in our contracts. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, consistency, and a seamless experience for all members.

Contract Review

The enrollment contract must be carefully reviewed during a scheduled meeting between the parent(s) and the LEAD Learning Club manager.

 

This meeting ensures both parties understand the terms and conditions and have the opportunity to ask questions or clarify details.

Email Authorization

By consenting, parents authorize LEAD Learning Club to use their provided email addresses for communication purposes, including updates, promotions, new programs, and collaborations.

Photo Authorization

Parents may consent to allow LEAD Learning Club to use photographs or videos of their child for online publication or promotional purposes.

All images and digital files are owned by LEAD Learning Club, and no compensation will be provided for their use.

Booking Policies

To reschedule a tutoring session, parents must modify the date via LEAD’s mobile booking platform (app or website).

Sessions cannot be rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 24 hours are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

Tutor Policies

All LEAD tutors are certified and trained to provide the highest quality instruction.

​

LEAD provides educational services, not specific tutors. Tutor substitutions may occur without notice to ensure service quality.

 

If a tutor is unavailable and no substitute can be provided, the session will be rescheduled, but no refunds will be issued.

Monthly Membership Policies

All services are offered on a monthly membership basis with automatic recurring payments.​

Sessions included in the monthly membership must be used within the month and cannot be carried over.​

​

All services and memberships are non-refundable once purchased, including tutoring sessions, workshops, and camps.

​​

Memberships must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@lead-education.ca.
